We still have a few places for our Painting Animals & Pets workshop on Sunday, 5th May 2024!

Join us for a fun filled Full-Day Mixed Media Workshop with Jeanette Starr. The theme will be Painting Animals & Pets.

Suitable for members & guests of all levels. Medium – Charcoal, Acrylics and/or pastels
The workshop will start with an hour of drawing in charcoal.

Title: Painting Animals & Pets
Date: Sunday, 5th May 2024
Time: 10am – 4pm
Venue: Stan Stevens Studio, Deerubbin Centre, 300 George St, Windsor
Price: $70 Members and $75 Non Member
Includes morning & afternoon tea. Bring your own Lunch.
Materials: All students to supply own materials. Please see materials list with the enrolment form.

About Jeanette Starr:

Originally from Yorkshire England, Jeanette worked as a graphic artist/photographer before venturing to Australia in her 30’s to live on acreage.

She is well known for her love of horses and her beloved subjects are never too far away. She loves painting all animals and portraits alike and is happy to do commissions.

Jeanette draws and paints in various mediums but particularly oils, acrylics, inks and charcoal. She works from her Little River Art Studios where she holds workshops and exhibitions.

She is also a member of the Hawkesbury Artists and Artisans Trail. She often successfully win awards at the Hawkesbury Show, MTAS exhibitions and other shows.
