We are excited for Julianne because we only just had the pleasure of a demonstration at our August Meeting earlier this year. Monthly Demonstration Meeting, 11th August
Julianne Allcorn  – Pencil & Watercolour on Wood Panels

We are excited to welcome Julianne Allcorn demonstrating pencil and watercolour on birch wood panels. Tuesday, 11th August, 7:30pm at the Stan Stevens Studio in Windsor.

Come along to see this very beautiful and interesting medium being demonstrated.

This demonstration will be limited to 25 people including the committee. The committee meeting will be held in the Tebbutt Room at 5.45pm and demonstration will be in the Stan Stevens Studio from 7.30pm.

About Julianne:

Julianne Allcorn has been a practising artist and art teacher for over 20 years. Her works are mostly inspired by the flora and fauna around the Burralong Valley & Lower Hunter.

Julianne works on birch wood panels painting very detailed insects, birds, flora and fauna usually using pencil & watercolour. A highly accomplished  artist with works in many collections and has displayed in many group and solo exhibitions.

She has also been a finalist in the Gosford Art Prize & Ravenswood Art Prize, and won the People’s Choice Award at the Hunters Hill Art Prize in 2018.

For our first meeting of 2020 we are excited to welcome Julianne Allcorn demonstrating pencil and watercolour on birch wood panels. Tuesday, 11th February, 7:30pm at the Stan Stevens Studio in Windsor.

Come along to see this very beautiful and interesting medium being demonstrated.

Julianne Ross Allcorn has been a practicing artist and art teacher for over 20 years. Her works are mostly inspired by the flora and fauna around the Burralong Valley & Lower Hunter.

Julianne also spends time drawing from real life at her Garden Studio in Roseville and draws a lot of inspiration from her Australian bush land surroundings.

Julianne works on birch wood panels painting very detailed  insects, birds, flora and fauna usually using pencil & watercolour. A highly accomplished practising artist with works in many collections and has displayed in many group and solo exhibitions.

She has been a finalist in the Gosford Art Prize & Ravenswood Art Prize, and won the People’s Choice Award at the Hunters Hill Art Prize in 2018.

Both Members and Non Members are welcome to join us for our meetings to view an inspirational artist at work each month, as well as the opportunity to enjoy networking with like-minded art enthusiasts.

Entry is $5 for MTAS members and visitors (includes supper)
