Reminder: CASS Art of Sydney Exhibit – Entries close on 2nd December

Reminder: CASS Annual Art of Sydney Exhibition
entries will close on 2nd December

A reminder that your Art of Sydney entries are due by December 2nd and if entering you are expected to assist with at least one of the activities on the roster. Works will be taken to Richmond Art Supplies on the Friday before take-in (10th January) in readiness for delivery on the 11th.

Deidre Morrison will be MTAS’ Selector and the judge is Guy Troughton.

If you wish to attend the awards function on the Saturday afternoon 25th January you will need to register – the NSW Governor and her partner will be present and the event will be ticketed.

The Art of Sydney Awards is an annual celebration showcasing the wonderful diversity of Sydney’s leading local artists and features over 300 artworks from 14 Art Societies around Sydney and the Wider Sydney Basin.

The Combined Art Societies of Sydney Inc. welcomes you to their open studios:
‘October is Art Month’

CASS Art Direct Open Studios art trail is an opportunity for the public to experience the inspired and unique work of local artists.

This is an opportunity for our local artists to showcase their unique and inspired artwork.

Artwork on display in open studios can range from portraits, landscapes, streetscapes, still life, abstract and realist paintings with a contemporary edge and prints, plus there is the opportunity for the public to commission special pieces.

The Greater Sydney Region is home to many creative artists and the CASS Art Direct Open Studio art trail is an opportunity for the public to explore the work of many artists in and around Sydney From the Mountains to the Coast – from the Central Coast to the Southern Highlands – the CASS Art Direct Open Studios art trail offers a unique opportunity for local artists.

All Open Studios & locations will be advised on the Art Direct website.
