‘Make Jewellery’
Wednesday, 8th July from 10am-12nn

We have our third Kids Workshop, ‘Make Jewellery’ on Wednesday, 8th July from 10am-12noon

Workshops are held at Richmond Art Supplies and we have a limit of 6 Kids in each workshop. CovidSafe practices and distancing rules apply.

The cost is $15 per 2hr workshop per child with all materials supplied.

Light refreshments of cordial and a biscuit are provided halfway through the class.

Print Making Workshop with Katherine Kennedy 5th May

We have a full day Print Making Workshop 10am  – 3pm with Katherine Kennedy on the 5th of May.

In the morning session, Katherine will introduce the concept of social art whilst viewing ‘DPD’ as a case study and demo coffee plate making followed by participation in the creation of individualised plate tests.

The afternoon session will cover introduction to DPD Performance, set-design & creation and inking & printing workshop.

At the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to take away their coffee order print and ghost print, own test plate print and their socially interactive experiences of the day.

Reminder: We have our Glenda Carter Workshop coming up on Sunday 6th May and we have some spaces left!

Full Day Workshop with Glenda Carter is on Sunday 6th of May: Contemporary mixed media The ‘Implied’ Landscape.

Glenda’s work relates to landscape and an emotional response to the atmosphere and the initial impact on the senses – to evoke a sense of place and imagery influenced by the climatic conditions. While much of her work is painted in rich sensuous colour and line, her city scapes are often worked in black and white, with strong gestural markmaking, as if lit by a flash of lightning in the night sky.
