Hello MTAS Members,

Sheila has asked for some helpers for the Hawkesbury Show.

Hawkesbury Show artworks will be delivered to the showgrounds this Thurs 28th 12nn – 4pm and Fri 29th 10am – 4pm.

We URGENTLY need helpers to help us hang the exhibition and assist with Duty at the Show. Unfortunately many people are away, have other events or are recovering from procedures.

HANGING HELPERS

The hanging is on Sat 30th 10am – 2pm-ish. A sandwich lunch is provided, with tea & coffee. You will work in pairs, and need to be able to use a short ladder and electric drill or assist those who are up the ladder using the drill.

ROSTER DUTY AT THE SHOW

We also need people at the show to help man the front desk and look after the exhibition.

You will receive a free entry ticket to the show!

Friday 6th May

10.00am – 1.30pm (1 or 2 people still needed)

1.30pm – 5pm (2 or 3 people still needed)

5pm – 9pm (2 or 3 people still needed)

Saturday 7th May

10am – 1.30pm (1 or 2 people still needed)

1.30pm – 5pm  (1 person still needed)

5pm – 9pm (1 person still needed)

Sunday 8th May (Mothers Day)

10am – 1.30pm (2 or 3 people still needed)

1.30pm – 5pm  (2 or 3 people still needed)
